If it's of God, it can't be stopped; if it's not of God, you can't make it happen.
Though challenged by many things, including resources, transportation and travel limitations, lack of trained workers and language translation, a man with a calling, on a mission, can’t be stopped.

Meet Leonard Phiri, Founder and Executive Director of Truth Christian Children’s Care Foundation in Malawi, Africa. With a heart bigger than the country itself, Leonard set out to make a difference for many generations to come.
Armed with a calling from God, our free Next Generation IMPACT resources, and a strong desire to see young people know Jesus as Savior, Leonard is seeing thousands participate in IMPACT KiDS! Clubs all over Malawi.
Approximately the size of Pennsylvania, Malawi is open to Gospel teaching and training, including in their schools.
And because of our generous donors making it possible, tens of thousands of Malawian young people heard the Gospel this school year, were discipled, and taught to stand for their faith.

Leonard oversees 60 team leaders, as well as 40 IMPACT KiDS! Clubs, in Malawi’s capital, Lilongwe. By collaborating with 6 key ministry partners across his country, he has established 276 additional IMPACT KiDS! Clubs in east Lilongwe and southern Malawi totalling over 6,800 club participants.
And over one third of club attendees made salvation decisions in 2024 through Bible lessons (70%) and Jesus Film shows (30%)!
Besides evangelism, discipleship, and apologetics, Leonard’s heart for evangelism and pastoring led him to offer nutrition and health services as well as recreational and social development. His deep desire is that these next-gen young people will influence their families by loving, living, and sharing the Gospel.

We can celebrate that when God changes one man’s heart, that man can change a nation! Pray for Leonard, his family, his ministry, his team, and us, as we partner together to do God’s Kingdom work!
