It is scary for me to watch the world that our grandchildren are growing up in America. Is there any hope? Though there are a lot of red flags and discouraging developments, the bright spot is our up-and-coming young Christian leaders.

I spend a good deal of time on college campuses, and I am thrilled when I meet bright young men and women that love Jesus and want to lead their generation for good. They are worthy of our investment in leadership training. If we can raise up as a new generation of strong positive leaders for our country—it is a huge win for our nation.

And, I am talking teenagers and twenty somethings! This is where the hope resides!

Why invest in next generation leadership? Our nation rises or falls on leadership.

1. The next generation is our only hope for a positive future for our nation.

2. Most kids today are NOT growing up with great role models – we can help!

3. Teenagers and young adults are hungry to learn from positive leadership role models.

4. There is power in peer-to-peer influence: If we impact the influencers their power multiplies.

5. What better investment of our time and treasure than in tomorrow’s leaders?

"We cannot always build a future for our youth, but we can always build our youth for the future."
-Franklin D. Roosevelt
