After school Bible clubs? Really?

All across the USA, when the elementary school bells ring to signal the end of the day, it also

signifies the start of something amazing- afterschool Bible clubs.


Wait a minute! Is this really happening on public elementary school campuses? YES!


What about the separation of church and state? Is this even legal?




Yes, it is legal. In fact, on June 11, 2001 the United States Supreme Court made a decision further clarifying and defining Equal Access for after school Bible clubs.

These clubs take place outside of school hours and children participate with the permission of a parent or guardian. If schools allow other groups to use school facilities, they must grant "equal access" to ministries and churches who want to host after school Bible clubs like IMPACT KiDS!
